POST SITE PROBLEMS HERE

I am seeing a bunch of hit and miss posts about issues that people are having. However, it is impossible for the web programmers to find the reports in this fashion. Though Cordelia can relay the messages, she can't actually fix the issues (as can none of us expect the web team).

So, please post your issues here. *BUT*, when you do, make sure that you are giving every detail possible. A "this site is acting odd" report will get us nowhere. Post when, where, and how the problem occurred. Also let us know what browser you are using and if you have already tried cleaning your cookies. Reproducible issues are easiest to track (with info on how to reproduce them) so, please try to reproduce the issue prior to reporting it.

Please remember that the more info you provide, the more likely it can be fixed.

The only problem I'm currently having is that the comment count on various threads isnt displaying properly, articles that have 30-40 replies are showing 1 or 2 comments. The comments themselves can be read, but the number of comments displayed is incorrect, and doesnt reflect new ones.

Same problem here, it's been that way for about 3 days now (I think). Seemed to have started in the last few days.

Things are bad for me today, keep getting the JU "an error occured when processing this page" message when I try to access my blog.

Also, it looked like it ate my article, so I retitled and reposted it, now I cant get rid of either of them.

Same thing for me when I try to access your articles.

When I try access any of little_whip's articles, I get "an error occured while loading this page" and it happens frequently. I also think that there might be a amount of articles posted problem. It looks as if Mano has posted 4 of the same article (as shown by the recent articles side tab), and little whip has posted 4 of an article.

Is everything coming down around our heads?

Joeuser is a little irksome, it always has been.

I have all the same problems everyone else is reporting, plus...

A long time ago, Joe stopped telling me when I had new comments. How do I get it to do that again?

Joe is so worth it though.

Poblems logging in today...keep getting error message
Comment count still not working
No mail notifications from Track watch list
my last post appeared 4 times...but someone cleared 3 of them...

We can still worry more next tuesday. There may be a good reason for Ju and WC
not updating simultaneously. First thing Ill be doing will be killing links in my
own articles and sites to not make em interact too much when another site is in some
transition.

Also Ill be killing my interaction with some russian forums from their end. Direct
links will replaced with just URLs in articles people can copy + paste. May have been
a good lesson to learn. Especially dangerous may be linking to your direct independent
homepage, and vice versa, sometimes using your logged in or out URL instead of the
general one for everybody. If all of this interacts, russian system time takes a
while in the part of russia I was involved in.

When I get my blog editor on friday, I hope, maybe Ill delete almost all articles
even if that leaves dead links around in the forums and make a new start, putting
more OLD articles on my site only instead of the forums, it could be worth not being able to enter WC personal page information for a week again, as long as you know how it works. But, on second thought first Ill see if clean stardock editing helps next week so as to avoid leaving all the nothing on row 1 error messages lying around in the forums.

It is hot, even for the system and my cpu. Hi, little whip, the german word for
input is Input, they capitalize nouns, that is the only difference. Forgot about
that last night.

The cookie killing still goes on and may help, folks.

Still having no comment count show up..
I'm using Microsof Internet Explorer
haven't tried messing with the cookies...
also had a case of trying to edit an article only to have the edit
not take place after hitting the submit button.

I'm getting the JU 'an error occured whilst processing the page' message and I'm also getting 'maximum time' error message on a regular basis.

Guess CENTRAL park is what my hairdont implies, not my favorite park, though. Would be nice in a park, but she probably has as many park dates as her husband wants her to have anyway, unless I cook
the right tea for him on sunday mornings. I am too much of a sissy for doing weird stuff
like that, meaning I will wind up in central park without lil whip, where I may find
a clean link to ju somewhere in the doggie - does behind the trees, which will do for a temp

Currently can only read peoples most recent comments here by logging in from WC site,
not from JU, whereas I can see latest articles on JU.

There has been a server problem at another site reported on June 23, 2005.
http://www.hutteman.com/weblog/rss.xml gives rss feed including "Strange
bandwidth issue" and comments.

Very interesting comments came in by quite advanced users which I am not. Even if
they don´t have the same problem, most of which was fixed, I think, some of
the comments may be something to make Cordelia relax in her spare time, which she
won´t have much of, if she can read this at all here right now.

New Problem...
When I refresh my page all I get is a grey screen with a JU Logo...it takes 3 or 4 attempts to get into the site again...

I couldn't get on to JU at all yesterday. Finally I got on today and posted a couple of articles. I've been trying to read and respond to some but having problem. Each time I click on an article I get a page can't be found, blank page or someother web search page. It's getting tiresome so I'm going to log off and try again later today.
