So, I emailed BuyMusic.com about my issue. This is the canned reply that I got back:

I guess I can forget about using their service, huh? I really enjoyed this line: "We appreciate your business". They just told me that they can't take an order from me because they can't fix an issue that they know about....how the heck do they expect me to order from them?
Hopefully they read my blog........
Bottom line: BuyMusic.com needs to get their act together......... Anyone got a Mac I can borrow?
