50 First Dates

Yesterday we rented the movie "50 First Dates". It stars Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore. http://www.sonypictures.com/movies/50firstdates/

I wasn't sure about this movie, because I either like or really hate Adam Sandler movies. Luckily, this was one that I liked.

I don't know if it was the mood that I was in in or what, but my husband and I laughed at *so* many parts of this movie. The main premise is that Drew's character (Lucy) was in an accident and loses her short term memory when she sleeps. So, each day, Adam's character (Henry) has to get her to date him.

What is nice about this movie is that it has some real emotion to it (when she finds out what happened to her) and also a lot of just silly comedy. It isn't the best movie that I have seen, but if you are looking for just a nice, entertaining movie that will make you laugh, this one is a good choice.
