A silly place filled with caffeine induced ramblings of this person named KarmaGirl....or something.
Please follow these steps exactly:

While at WinCustomize, open your "edit account" and cross reference your email accounts (SkinBrowser purchase with WC). If you are not sure if this has been done, please do it again. Or, just do it again for the heck of it.

After you are done, close WinCustomize and open it again, then close it. Open the WinCustomize Browser. If this does not fix it, please email support@stardock.com and mention that you already tried this fix.

**Thanks to MadIce for testing this for me.

Funny thing happened after "confirming" my accounts have been "cross-referenced' ...... I was downgraded from user level 4 to user level 3! After purchasing WB, then my subscription, AND then OD ...... I get an "ad" on Wincustomize home page to become a subscriber. Could someone please look into this from your end, I have e-mailed "support" ..... skin browser withdrawel is setting in.........

Thanx

The .99d_enh download still (previously reported this with .99c) indicates .99b in the "about" dialog. In fact, the executable file date after installation is dated 8/23. I have deleted the previous executable before installing. As for the registration expiration issue, the instructions here fixed it. Thanks!

If your SkinBrowser is saying its expired then chances are you are experience 1 of 3 problems.

1) Your WinCustomize account does not recognize that you have purchased a subscription because you purchased under a diffeent email account. You must cross reference your account to the email address that you used to purchase the subscription (or if it was changed to that email address). So if I logon to Wincustomize with a stardock.com account, and I have purchased WindowBlinds with a hotmail.com account and I have purcahsed the subscription with a comcast.net account then I need to cross reference to the comcast.net account in order to find the proper information for your subscription. So make sure you are referenced to the correct account.

2) Your Wincustomize cookie has not been updated and does not contain the expiration date as it was just recently added. To correct this do the following:
a: Logoff WinCustomize
b: Delete your wincustomize cookie (optional but recommended)
c: Close all instances of your your browsers (ie) and skin browser
d: Open Wincustomize or SkinBrowser and logon

3) You are using an illegal version of SkinBrowser
