The other nice thing that they do is that they keep you informed via email of the status of your order, and you even get an email saying that it was delivered and who signed for it (which is nice, in case it wasn't you who received it).

This experience may save me money. There are a lot of improvements that we plan on making in our house. Many things I have seen online for cheaper than advertised store prices. I have been leary of ordering these types of things online (not sure why) but it is obvious that I can save myself time and money by doing so.
